    The Monster Project

Excellent! I have a request. How about an aerial servant? That's the first monster in the 1e MM. They make an appearance in Castle Zagyg: The Upper Works and I'm hoping to run that dungeon someday soon.

    The Monster Project

Would it be possible to edit the original post of this thread so that all the monsters are listed? It takes a long time for EN pages to load. A comprehensive index would help save several minutes of searching.

Unhappy w/4E monster manual..3PP pls. publish monster books pronto!!

I don't think creating new 4e monsters is as easy as some people in this thread are saying. If this was the case, then D&D forums would be bursting with 4e monster stats. And there wouldn't be threads like this, complaining about the lack of monsters in the 4e MM. I've been scouring the net for...

    Black or white?

White text on black background is hard on the eyes. It's not very good web page design. Amateurs think it looks cool but it isn't. Far from it. If you guys feel you must go with the white-on-black, at least allow for the option of having different skins for the rest of us who want to retain the...

    D&D 4E 4e Orcs and light-sensitivity

*checks rules* You're right! But creatures with darkvision appear to have no penalty in sunlight or bright light. Perhaps they should? If I have a -1 for creatures with low-light vision, what if creatures with darkvision had -2? Is that changing the rules too much? Why does a cave bear have...

    D&D 4E 4e Orcs and light-sensitivity

Since OD&D, orcs have suffered from light-sensitivity. Not so in 4e. They have low-light vision and suffer no ill effects in the open on bright sunny days. There is no such thing as darkvision or infravision in 4e. While I appreciate the simplification of vision rules in 4e, I miss that...

My primary use of 4e will be dungeon crawling. "4e rules, 1e feel."

Need some good putdowns from a snobbish noble

Here is a list of insults used by Dr. Smith from the 1960's show, Lost In Space. http://www.subgenius.com/bigfist/FIST2001-2/fiction-poetry/X0006_Dr._Smiths_Insults.html Many of them were directed at the robot and are not applicable to a medieval setting. But many of them are perfect for...

White-on-black forum is hard on the eyes

I remember that there used to be a way to change the forum colors. But now I can't find it. Help! ENWorld gives me a headache!
