15th level NPC vs. 9th level party

Veril: Owls Wisdom does not help anymore... she uses CHA instead of WIS for AC.

She should rather raise Cha.

Without mooks, that NPC is going to get spanked HARD.


All in, she's got 1 level on primary focus capacity over the PCs, and some supplimental abilities.

In the action economy, even with a 6 level advantage, she's going to be hurting. Unless she has a way to divide and conquer, crowd control, etc she's going to be hurting once the PCs are able to focus all fire on that super star destroyer.

She needs to balance out that I-go-once-per-X-PC actions disparity some.

She's making monsters, right? Where are her deformed experiments? I can totally see how a half-dragon dretch with constant spider climb would immediately improve this encounter.
