[sblock=Dagran]You have the Dodge Giants feat! Man... that means that claw attack in round 2 that it a square 30 actually missed.

By my calculation that's an extra 25 hp of damage that Dagran didn't lose. (10 hp for the blow, +5 for one round of bleeding +10 of that dreadnought power to cancel it as a free action. Thankfully Dagran was already immobilized from the breath so it doesn't otherwise changes the outcome but if it had, I'd just say tough luck...

This is the upper limit of what I can easily retcon. Keep an eye on these tiny bonuses people! Double check my math where your PC is concerned. It's easy to retcon on the round where a mistake occur but after that it might be too late. I can't be expected to know them all. Between yourself, you have 49 feats and tons of class features!

The dragon lashes out again at the hero, slicing Nathan in his fury. He then tries to gain altitude but Nathan gets in a quick stab. He roars in pain and reflexively cuts loose with another cloud of acid and engulf most of the heroes. Garrick and Leyra are pushed overboard and fall hard to the street.

He tries to push everyone overboard 2 square (Dagran reduces that to 1 but he still risks falling overboard).

Dagran;Garrick;Leyra,Nathan (1d20=15, 1d20=6, 1d20=6, 1d20=20) forgot -2 but to no consequence.

Dagran and Nathan stay up but fall prone, Leyra and Garrick are pushed overboard.

Fall damage : Leyra, Garrick (2d10=12, 2d10=18)

I rule that you can't use acrobatics to reduce fall damage when you are immobilized. Note that the dragon didn't get one either when Mirage knocked him down with his spell.

Save vs Slow

Save vs slow (1d20+5=16) success

Right now, Garrick and Leyra have no LOS or LOE toward the Dragon. On the plus side, it cuts both way and they don't suffer from the -2 aura.

Mirage reaches the bottom of the stairs and hears a crashing sound followed by renewed intense sounds of fighting. Peering over the railings he sees a boudoir in dissaray with a handful of devil legionnaire fighting over the room. More worrying is the presence of powerfully built cambion with large batwing. Cambions are like tiefling in that they have both human and hellish blood... but unlike them the devil parent is just one generation removed! Fighting alongside is a powerfully built devil with a gruesome snake beard and wielding a halberd. Shayla quickly identify him as a bearded devil over the crystal.

Around them, one of the last of the guard is falling clutching his stomach while two others are giving ground in the eastern corridor. They are clearly exhausted, near collapse and screams of terror comes from behind him. The situation would be hopeless if it wasn't for unexpected help. Clearly arrived freshly on the scene by crashing through the western corridor is a sight for sore eyes. A tiger-like warrior named Kendrick is lashing gleefully left and right with his two longswords and doesn't seem unduly worried at being surrounded by devils. Mirage is especially glad to see him because Kendrick owes him money. Kendrick is an ex-SCU agent turned bounty hunter with a ruthless reputation and Mirage expects he isn't in the area to hear a political speech. At any given time, he was always either tracking a worthy prey, training or indulging a vice. No exception. Questions would have to wait tough.

"Are you about ready?" He prepares to sprint back into the fray.

Your stealth is an impressive +17 and the Legion devil only have 16 of passive perception so you couldn't fail. That gave you +2 to both rolls so they both hit![/Sblock]

Kendrick nimble footworks allows him to set himself with his back to the wall and then he unleashes a flurry of attacks against the Cambion with maniacal glee. For a moment, it becomes unclear who in this room really comes from hell.

Two fanged strike vs AC 24 (1d20+18=38, 1d8+15=18, 1d20+17=31, 1d8+14=16, 2d8=11) crit + hit; 23+16; 39 + 16 +3 (bonus if two attack hits) : 58

Beside the need to offer Mirage some reinforcement and using the headhunter as a plot point after the fight, I was curious to test the favorite build I made onm the CG so far.

So, err... it's decent.

It's a Ranger Ruthless Punisher currently in favorable position to make good use of the back to the wall feat and the Most Dangerous Prey class feature, for those who are curious.[/Sblock]

The Cambion is shocked and reeling by the sudden onslaught. But a surge of fury allows him to rally as he lashes furiously at the man.

The bountyhunter is hardpressed to keep his head attached to his body but a short pause in the exchange of blows only reveal a face illuminated by the savage joy of a decent challenge.

The Bearded devil glance at the situation and is reassured by the resurgence of his ally so he decides that he'd rather not get pelted in the back by arcane spells and moves to engage the wizard and seriously presses him.

Meanwhile, at the pyramid, the Dragon continues harassing the heroes with increased urgency as he realizes that this is a serious challenge. Gliding West, he attacks Dagran and Nathan with powerful blows and rakes. The siccess of his assault gives him renewed confidence.
