D&D 4E [4e] World of Warcraft Races

I promised myself the second thing I'd do after getting my 4e core books would be work on converting World of Warcraft to fourth edition. My take on the races of the Horde (as they're my favorite) are below. Let me know if any look under or even over-powered. Thanks! (x-posted to RPG.net/EnWorld)

Orc
Ability Scores: +2 Str, +2 Wis
Size: Medium
Speed: 6 squares
Vision: Normal
Languages: Orcish
Skill Bonuses: +2 Endurance, +2 Nature
Orcish Weapon Proficiency: You gain proficiency with the battle axe and the great axe.
Stun Resistance: +5 racial bonus to saving throws against Dazed, Slowed, and Stunned conditions.

Blood Fury Orc Racial Power
You funnel your angery into your attacks, fueling your rage.
Encounter
Minor Action Personal
Effect: You can channel your fury to gain a +1 power bonus to your next attack roll against an enemy that hit you since your last turn. If your attack hits and deals damage, add your Constitution modifier as extra damage.

Troll
Ability Scores: +2 Dex, +2 Con
Size: Medium
Speed: 6 squares
Vision: Low-Light
Languages: Zandali, Orcish
Skill Bonuses: +2 Acrobatics, +2 Nature
Troll Weapon Proficiency: You gain proficiency with the javelin, longbow, and shortbow.
Troll Regeneration: You may use your second wind as a minor action.

Troll Beserking Troll Racial Power
Your rage is released once your blood has been spilled upon the ground.
Encounter Healing
Minor Action Personal
Special: You must be bloodied to use this power.
Effect: Until the end of the encounter or until rendered unconscious, you gain a +2 bonus to damage rolls. In addition, for as long as you are bloodied, you gain regeneration 2 (regeneration 4 at 11th level, regeneration 6 at 21st level).

Tauren

Ability Scores: +2 Str, +2 Con
Size: Medium
Speed: 6 squares
Vision: Normal
Languages: Taur-ahe, Orcish
Skill Bonuses: +2 Perception, +2 Nature
Oversized: You can use weapons of your size or one size larger than you as if they were your size.

Warstomp Tauren Racial Power
You stomp one of your hooves into the ground, stunning nearby enemies.
Encounter
Minor Action Close Burst 1
Target: All creatures in the burst
Attack: Strength vs. Fortitude
Effect: Those affected are Stunned (save ends).

Forsaken
Ability Scores: +2 Con, +2 Int
Size: Medium
Speed: 6 squares
Vision: Low-Light
Languages: Gutterspeak, Orcish
Skill Bonuses: +2 Arcana, +2 Endurance
Living Construct: As a living construct, you have the following traits:
— You gain a +2 bonus to saving throws against ongoing damage.
— You don’t need to eat, drink, or breathe, but this doesn’t render you immune to any effect.
— You need only 4 hours to benefit from an extended rest.
— When you roll a death save, you can take the better of your die roll or 10 as the result. You still die at your negative hit point total.

Will of the Forsaken Forsaken Racial Power
Drawing on your resolve, you cast off certain afflictions.
Encounter
Minor Action Personal
Effect: All Daze, Domination, or Stunned conditions on you end.

Blood Elf
Ability Scores: +2 Int, +2 Cha
Size: Medium
Speed: 6 squares
Vision: Normal
Languages: Thalassian, Orcish
Skill Bonuses: +2 Arcana, +2 Religion, +2 Subterfuge
Resistance: You gain Resist 2 against Acid, Cold, Fire, Lightning, and Necrotic damage.
Prestidigitation: You gain this Wizard Cantrip as an addition at-will power, regardless of class. If you are a wizard, double all durations of your Prestidigitation effects and increase the amount of effects you can have at once, up to 4.

I'd personally give the Tauren the WIS bonus over the Orcs, I think they're more of a peaceful and wise race, and the Orcs must have a pretty bad Will modifier to get enslaved by the Burning Legion.

One the thread at RPG.net, I offered this:

Draenei


Ability Scores: Str +2, Wis +2
Size: Medium
Speed: 6
Vision: Normal
Languages: Common, Supernal (EDIT - I'm not sure of the WoW versions of these - just put it whatever works :) )
Skill Bonuses: Nature +2, Religion +2
Heroic Presence: When an ally within 5 squares of you spends an action point to make an extra attack, that ally gains a +1 to the attack roll.
Shadow Resistance: Necrotic Resistance 5 + 0.5*level
Gift of the Naaru: You may use Gift of the Naaru as an Encounter power.

Gift of the Naaru
You heal yourself or allies by infusing them with the Light.
Encounter * Divine, Healing
Minor Action Close Burst 5
Target: You or one ally
Effect: The target can spend a healing surge and regain an additional 1d6 hitpoints.

Gift of the Naaru should scale up with level, like it does in WoW. I'm basing it on Healing Word, if that means anything.

If gift of the naaru is going to scale, let it do so at 1/2 the Cure utility prayers. That should keep it about right. Unless, of course, Healing word scales, then about 1/2 that would be effective.

BTW, these are awesome. I will totally get them added to our compilations asap.

Before you add them, let me finish tweaking them. I've done some changes over on the RPGnet thread.
