D&D General About ugly noses

Here's my question :
Do ugly noses have low charisma,
Or do ugly noses have high strength ?

I have a very ugly nose and, according to the highly scientific process of assign myself ability scores based upon my arbitrary sensations, I have STR 9 and CHA 10.

Listen. I am a huge fan of dragonborn. Probably the biggest fan of dragonborn you will ever meet.

And I can tell you right now, most dragonborn have ugly noses. It's hard to make a reptilian snout that looks good from the front. Side views are easy to make look good--it's why you'll almost always see dragonborn from the side, or with their heads turned left or right. Straight-on front views just look weird and kind of flat. It's sort of like looking directly at a dog's face--not from the side, but level, from the front. They look weird and not particularly good.

And yet dragonborn have +2 Charisma.

So it would seem to me that ugly noses must have high Strength or Constitution. (Based on their 4e stats, I mean.)
