OOC: me, just being home with 3 kids under 4 for a week makes it challenging to get the time to put together the update. Sorry all. should be back to normal next week.

The drow seems wobbly on her feet, but after concentrating for a moment appears to just have disappeared.

With the deva close at hand, the human's face contorts in anger as he thinks she is there to steal his treasures and the staff flashes brilliantly as the man slams it into Dina. She is sent staggering away. "Quickly, blast them all! Then the treasure shall be ours!" he calls to the dragonborn.

The dragonborn nods and points his implement, a blast of flame erupts, but the lingering cold protects Dina from any harm and Malakai's natural resistance aids him.

The dwarf assumes a defensive position around his treasure.

Malakai feels the heavy burn of the Dragonborn's magical flames, some of which seemed to flow into and become absorbed by the Tiefling's robes. Thankfully for him, his heritage saved him from the brunt of damage from the attack, and although his skin was singed and blackened, the thing controlling him at the moment didn't really care about the damage he was sustaining, as already, his skin began to heal its wounds.

"YOUR FIRE BURNS! MY FIRE BURNS MORE!!" he screamed, pointing his dagger at the Dragonborn. Growling in the language of the elements, Malakai released a ball of fire at his enemies that was so dark that it was nearly black. After releasing the ball of flame, Malakai's robe seemed drained of all color for a moment, before settling back into its original hues. Hitting the ground near the Dragonborn's feet, the ball of flames burst into a roaring inferno that flared outward, melting the ground around his foes and leaving behind a puddle of molten rock.

Hotter than any flame the Dragonborn could even dream of producing, the dark flames danced along the quickly withering forms of the Dragonborn and the Dwarf, quickly rendering their bodies to ash that was swallowed up by the still smoldering molten rock beneath their feet.

Seeing that the Human was able to withstand his onslaught, Malakai clenched his fist around the flaming dagger and laughed evilly with his multiple voices, eyes burning with a hatred that was almost mesmerizing to the human. The flames around the human rose even higher, continuing to burn the wizard's flesh until he, too, was nothing more than ash that slowly drifted into a smoldering pile upon the ground.

"NOW...WHERE IS DARK ELF!? I BURN DARK ELF TOO!!"

This kills both the Dragonborn and the Dwarf unless they have heavy fire resistance.

In your status section, you list the human as having 34/105 HP, but did not list it as being bloodied. Does this mean that the human has TAKEN 34 damage up to that point (meaning he has taken 69 dmg after my attack), or should he have been bloodied, received another 2 damage from my attack, and is now dead? [/sblock]

OOC: It is bloodied, just missed that on hte update. The 37 damage kills him yes, just a quick note Crimson, the ministats don't show the surges expended to date

Lerrick moves quickly to her allies aide. Stopping at a spot where her healing power can help the most, she bows her head and closes her eyes momentarily. Wisps of silver light begin to form and rotate around her. Soon the cleric is shrouded in light. She lifts her head and opens her eyes. The mark on her forehead and her eyes are now blazing bright silver. With a quick thust outward with the palms of her hand facing upward, the silver shroud of light blasts outward from the center. Artemis, Malakai and Dina immediately feel the affect of the true healing power of the cleric. Once done, her knees buckle, causing Lerrick to fall. She quickly grabs Dina's shoulder for support and steadies herself. The silver light emitting from her eyes and the mark of her forehead slowly fade away. See then smiles and looks in the direction of the invisible drow. I see you. See points in the direction of the foe so that everyone can get an idea of the location of the dark elf. As she does this she takes a deep breath and slowly exhales, healing some of her own wounds in the process.
