Merri flinches when the orcs rush in with their big pointy weapons and swing like madmen.
"Hey, you stop hurting my new friends!"
She hops down the slope toward the fighting, wondering why her friends aren't using the soil changes when it occurs to her that they might not see it.
"Everyone, look at the ground! The lilacs on the hill changed the soil, more up here where we are. If you just lean a bit, you'll slide over it easier! It'll make it harder to hit you."
Reaching the battle, Merri reaches out with her left hand, not with the rapier, and grabs near the orc. She makes a violent pull toward her.
