All this is anticipation is too much for Grakk, who instantly goes into a state of rage. Boldly moving forward to a spot behind his target...the rogue...Grakk swings his greataxe, with every once of his strength he has. The greataxe hits the rogue's back with a sickening thud, the sound of a metal object slicing threw bone and flesh. The rogue screams in pain.

first off, I don't even know if grakk's action is legal. Can he hug western side of the hallway moving past cliff and the rogue (provoking an OA from the rogue of couse) in order to flank the rogue with cliff?

If so, here is grakk's action

I will assume Bell will shift away as part of her next turn in order to make room for Garkk and his huge rolls.

The barbarian gets himself in the narrow corridor, and hacks the poor halfling in two parts before it can even scream. The bloody mess that is the corpse splatters blood all around.

From the shadowed room comes charging a man in scale mail, his eyes black. He swings a greatsword aiming to cut Garkk's head off without hesitation, but only manages to cut the barbarian on the chest (10).

From behind, a smaller man appears and moves close, but is unable to do anything with the club he is holding.

The dwarf produces a shield and bashes at Garkk, but the resolute goliath won't fall so easily.

Grakk's attack reduced a target to 0 hp, which activates his rageblood vigor power. Grakk gains 9 temp hp. He also is allowed to charge a foe as a free action. However, since he can see anyone to charge or other foes are too close to charge, he'll have to wait until he reduces another foe to 0 hp. :)
