D&D 5E AL half orc Druid (moon) build

First few levels will be using shillelagh in melee, if needed.

Level 4: magic initiate feat (mage armor).

I figure with mage armor, shape changing, and the half orc physical bonuses (these still work when shape changed, right?), he will be an even better melee monster than other Circle of the Moon Druids. All other level ups will be boosting WIS to 20, and I will rarely play long enough to even get it that high.

How's it look?

It's not a bad build, but it's sub-optimal.

The Half Orc Savage Attack ability works on weapons, not natural attacks. If your only purpose it to get Relentless Endurance, then that should still work when shapechanged.

I'd recommend Human or Hill Dwarf. Human can do the Magic Initiate trick at 1st level, and Hill Dwarf gets two good stat boosts, plus the extra HP every level.

I've never played a Druid, so maybe I'm missing something.
