Alternate paladin mounts

after perusing through the DMG im allowing the paldins in our party to have alternate mounts

1 has decided to go celestial war-horse, the other is sticking to normal warhorse, with the caveats from the DMG about paldin level versus mount

the stats are

CELESTIAL Animal, Horse, War, Heavy: CR 3; Large Magical Beast(Augmented,Extraplanar);

HD 4d8+12 (Animal) ; hp 30; Init +1; Spd 50;

AC:18 (Flatfooted:17 Touch:10, chain shirt barding);

Atk +6 base melee, +3 base ranged;

+6/+1 (1d6+4, 2 Hoof; 1d4+2, Bite);

SA: Smite Evil (Su) ; SQ: Scent (Ex), Low-light Vision (Ex), Resistance: Electricity (Ex): 5, Resistance: Cold (Ex): 5, Darkvision (Ex): 60 ft., Spell Resistance (Ex): 9, Damage Reduction (Su): 5/Magic, Resistance: Acid (Ex): 5;

AL LG; SV Fort +7, Ref +5, Will +2; STR 18, DEX 13, CON 17, INT 3, WIS 13, CHA 6.

Do these look about balanced?
