We're running a generic Greyhawk-ish setting right now, with three anthros:

1) A feline-morph, artificially created by a wizard (modified elf stats, I believe)
2) A raccoon-morph, naturally born anthro (custom stats)
3) A wolf-morph, naturally born anthro (Half-orc stats, though I may switch to the Lupin stats from Dragon #325 next session)

As people have said, DND is FILLED with Furry type species. The easiest solution (In my mind, anyways) is to migrate the Hengeyokai from OA over. Oodles of animal/human/hybrid characters based on many species. Adapt the flavor text to taste, and there you go.

while most i'm sure were not designed as specifically furry races, D&D has more humanoid animals, half human-half animals, mixed animals, and creatures with various animal bits than basically anything else. :)
