D&D 3E/3.5 Anyone still publishing or sharing new 3.5 adventtures?

I'm sure there are, but the economics of D&D content have changed tremendously from about 20 years ago.

Twenty years ago, there was largely a potlatch economy where everyone was sharing their ideas, house rules, adventures and content quite freely.

Now that it's so easy to publish, no one is really sharing anything. They'll put it up in adventurer's guild or drivethrurpg or whatever, but no one is strictly speaking giving much of anything away anymore.

Is there a place to share material here on Enworld in the old "potlatch" style you describe?

Threads on house rules, e.g. "What house rules do you use for surprise in 3.5e?" seem to me to be to be under an unspoken "Not the done thing, old chap" prohibition.

There used to be an entire "House Rules" forum. In fact, for about a year there it was the only forum I was checking just to avoid the drama.
