Artifcer Question

Possible lame question but can an Artificer in Ebberon make a wand of cure wounds or scribe a scroll of cure wounds? Every example I ever see is Fireball wands, magic missle, shield and what not but I never see anything about divine magic. It says they use any spell list as long as the use magical device roll is good enough.


The group I am in has NO divine casters and if I can even pretend to play a healing type that would be cool.

Yes, they can.

If you make a wand of cure light wounds, then anyone who has that spell on their class spell list can use it, since wands are neither arcane nor divine in nature. This includes clerics, druids, bards, paladins, and rangers.

If you make a scroll of cure light wounds, it is neither arcane nor divine. This means that anyone who wishes to activate it must do so using the Use Magic Device skill. This is because scrolls are created as arcane or divine, based on their creator, and an artificer is neither.
