The episode set up some good plots for future episodes (captured #6 and Baltar), but the whole "seeing God" and similar junk like prophecies is wearing thin on me.

I liked it, but I don't think it was anywhere near as good as Pegasus.
One scene really bothered me, and that was when D'Anna was disobeying the other Cylons. That aspect didn't bother me, but what did was that they made a big deal of everyone agreeing except D'Anna, and Doral and Simon weren't there! They definitely should have been, IMO. I know the actors probably weren't available or budget was stretched thin, but it was a really important moment as far as Cylon society goes. It would have meant a lot, I think.
