3.x had the Improved Feint feat. I didn't see anything like that in 4e PHB1. The closest was Sly Flourish, which doesn't actually require Bluff or grant combat advantage; it was only close in terms of flavor.

Nice power but I was looking for help for a Battlemind using feint, not a rogue. Thanks tho!

At 2nd level there's the Battle Feint utility skill power, that lets an adjacent ally gain combat advantage. Pretty good way for a Defender to pretend that he's a Leader for a round, giving a party Rogue his backstab.
