The rules for spell rape and necrphiliac spells can be found in Dragon #300. That's where people got the idea from. And considering that most see Dragon as the advertising arm for WOTC, and considering the content of #300, a lot of which is for supplementing the release of the BoVD, it is not hard to understand how people would get that impression.
Monte Cook swears up and down that those topics will not be covered in the book he wrote, but WOTC is not unknown for embellising the work of freelancers to hit a specific market. When I saw the first ad for BoVD months ago in a release catalogue at my FLGS, it used the words prostitution and rape when describing its content.
The online ad is tamer and omits these references and the old ad seems to have been pulled at this point, but whether that was due to misrepresentation of the book's contents or whether WOTC plans to add content to Monte's book that he hadn't planned on is, at best, anyone's guess at this point...
