I would agree, though that’s inevitably up to our esteemed moderators.

I seem to recall that the C&C thread I made about a year or so ago was moved out of the General Forums.

Eh. More like, I looked at the dragon shaman, saw that the auras are "special abilities" of the class and then noticed that the standard classes in C&C also have....why, yes...."special abilities". Doesn't take a brainiac. I was making it more hard than I needed to.

This is correct, but 3e classes often have more special abilities than C&C classes, so you may want to tone it down, depending on what XP progression you assign. For spellcasters, compare to C&C Cleric & Wizard.
