I searched for this answer to answer the following specific instance:
Can a Paladin Lay on Hands on themself using Swift action, then use their Standard action to Lay on Hands a second time.
From what I am reading, the Paladin CANNOT heal themselves twice. (NO to 2 swift actions) However, they CAN Lay on HAnds on themself, and then Lay on Hands on another, as Standard. Before, after, or separated by a Move action.
Nothing I read says a Paladin is limited to ONE LOH per round.
