Caster Character Sheets and Spellboks

I have found that the standard wotc charsheet is terrible for arcane casters. I mean... you have to write in like... size 4 font to write your spells down, and there are four huge spots for attacks? Does anybody know where I can acquire a sheet that is better suited to wizards?

You might like the Magic section of this sheet. You will need at least Adobe Reader for it.

The Spellsheet v1.0 is currently in beta, it basically seperates the 'Spells' section from the main sheet to help speed it up. But overall I think you will like the big sheet till then.

I just use a stat block format in word for my sorcerer. The most important section is spells, and I cut-and-paste fully copies of all his (her, almost forgot the recent reincarnation incident) spells so that I don't have to flip thru books at the table.

I just ignore it and use a piece of 8.5"x11" lined paper to write my spells on. It has much more space and I can easily edit spells prepared at any time.

I am a habitual wizard player and I can't stand any of the spell sheets I find for them. So I ended up making one of my own. It has lines for spell names to be listed as they are scribed into your spellbook, all 0-level spells listed at top, cross out the ones you don't have if a specialist. Then when filling slots with memorized spells I just mark a dash for each slot filled by a particular spell (magic missle get's two slashes and mage armor 1 for example). There is an empty slot that can be marked with a slash denoting how many slots the wizard has left open to be filled later (one of the wizard's strongest abilities as a preparation caster and several utility but never-used-often-enough-to-warrant-regular-memorization-of spells).

I must say that I find spell sheets (like these) with all the spells already printed on them to be more useful than sheets where you just fill in the spells you know.
Just mark the spells you know, and there you are.

And when you suddenly have a scroll or wand you already have the basics of the spell right there. Saves a lot of time, really.
