caster level & DC for bloodline spells

If a character takes a bloodline that lists a spell... and the character has no spellcasting ability otherwise... what's the caster level for the spell? What stat do you use to calculate DC?

hmm, going by logic i would say it have a caster level equal to character level.
as for how to calculate DC, i dont have a clue...

Spell like - Caster Level either specified or same as creatures HD

Save DC = 10 + level of spell + Cha Mod.
