Well in the end I got the Call of Cthulhu Core Rulebook and Masks of Nyarlathotep on PDF. The adventures in the core rulebook should work well enough for a few one-shots to run with my group and Masks gives me a long-term campaign option should I ever go down that path.
I may get Mansion of Madness at a later date but those 2 should be enough for me for now, especially since I have never run Call of Cthulhu before and have only ever played in 1 game of it (in which I had a great time!
