It is true that Trapsmith has 3 levels of casting, HOWEVER look at the specific spells on the list.

Wall of Stone- level 5 spell.
Greater Dispel Magic- Level 6 spell.

Runescarred Bezerker does have spells up to 5, but included in the 5th level spells is Antimagic Field, which is a 6th level spell.
