Considering a different set of smileys?

I know, this is a rather odd request.

But I find that the smileys offered by this forum are not really useful. May be just me, but to me none of them really seem to express the emotions I would want to express by using them.
and work, I suppose.

But , , , , , are weird.

Particularly and don't seem look like having the implications they have in other smiley sets.
Compare to these for example:

Really may just be me, but I don't like to use the ones by this forum. It always makes me think it looks like I am moking the other poster when I just want to express that I am genuinly not understanding or making a silly joke.

While this might not be the greatest idea for promoting civility, I would really, really, really like a roll-eyes smiley. It would save so much typing.

Guess what? There used to be a roll eyes smiley but it was removed because... It greatly decreased civility!
