Star Wars d20 has various artificial limbs and other organs listed in the Hero's Guide (I think) or in the core book. Just modify the substance they're made from and you could have magic replacements.

This reminds me of a great line from Knights of the Dinner Table:

There's also a web article that adds Dragonflesh, Stained Glass, & Brass 1/2 Golems from the MM2.

I believe The Underdark Adventure Guide also has Arcane Prosthetics.

And there's an eberron book which has construct grafts that are based on Warforged technology.

Finally, there's the 1/2 machine template from Dungeon Magazine (issue 91 I think) and the Renegade Mastermaker Prestige Class from magic of eberron.
