I am not a big fan of really old school art, but the aesthetic of the cover designs themselves (the borders) is amazing. I can only hope they do something so nice for the 7e books...

The ENWorld story still says "United States". These books will be available in North America according to WotC.

weak, I prefered to old art... especially in the pages... decorative waste of ink on every page, less and less information with every printing. just buy more...

Funny, I remember one of the reasons I waited to get the AD&D books was because of the too-demonic looking cover of the old DMG.

I still have my old 1E books, and these covers just don't inspire me to replace them.
