You forgot the best thing:

Ballista and war machines

Make them exensive though and aplly a realistic Rate of fire

4d10 to 16d20 damage piercing or bludgeoning range 800 - 2000 ft damages everything in its path and with catapults it has an impact shrapnel effect if it does not hit anything solid. RoF 1 per 2 round for ballista to 1 / 5 rounds for a catapult cost 5000g - 80000g.

BtW your ship costs are to low in relation to other goods, add a zero (warship 250000g)

That is one of the things why I converted to silver standard.

I actually do have a "weapon slots" near the end which would include things like balista. The actual weapons are their own thing (I'm also working on an expanded siege equipment list based on what they have on page 255 in the DMG). Yes one can add weapons to it, one can reinforce the front and add a ram to it, the ship could even be flown above something and then dropped (likely damaging the ship as well). I'm looking more for stuff to do to the ship itself to modify it, either as its own thing (aquire the ship and add it), or something that needs to be done wheen building thw ship in order to avoid costly renevations.

Also, the stats for Galley, Keelboat, Longship , Rowboat, Sailing ship, and Warship are straight from the DMG page 119, I modled the other ships around those (and added number of decks).
