If you're playing a fighter, your starting gold is 6d4*10 gp. You can roll (offline) or take the 150gp, I don't really care, all that matters to me is that the total value of your starting gear falls between 60 and 240 gp plus the free gun and ammo. Like I said upthread, I don't bother keeping track of the minor equipemnt.

Looks like we're waiting for [MENTION=99509]Baveboi[/MENTION] to take his turn. If he doesn't post in the next day or two, I'll just assume that he keeps singing and move on.

And another point I keep forgetting to make here: treasure. Since you guys are just part of the crew and not running the ship, you're going to be getting your share of gold from the captain rather than actually looting it or whatever. Basically, instead of finding and keeping treasure, you're going to get "paid" when the ship returns to port. You guys will be getting more or less equal shares, based on your current level. Magic items are going to be a little trickier, but you should have your own ship by the time magic swag starts becoming more common, and the pirate town will have some minor trinkets you can buy for the first few levels.
