Ghannellis delays his action.
Elrick delays his action.
The kobold reaches for the thing on his arm and pulls out yet another small marble like object and hurls it on the ground next to him. As it strikes the ground, he is appears to immolate, but the flames are thin and wispy, giving off light equal to only half the illumination of a normal torch.
Thergan turns and begins heading back toward the action.
Daniel delays his action.
Vannyn casts his Dispel Magic spell at the sphere. As the spell hits the sphere it winks out of existance. The sphere is at last completely gone.
Ghannellis rushes forward and attacks the flaming kobold. He hits (9 damage) and in turn gets his damage from the blue flames (16 damage)
Elrick throws his ax at the flaming kobold. He makes a well placed hit (16 damage).
Daniel attacks the flaming kobold from range. He hits (25 damage). This last attack drops the little guy.
Dargo invokes True Seeing and looks to the area where the kobold dropped something and nothing happened. He only sees the dead kobold and nothing out of the ordinary.
End of Combat.

Checking you find that he is quite dead (-20 HP).
Thergan returns, dropping his burden closeby and landing. Walking up to his friends, rubbing his shoulder where the lightning bolt took him. "Everyone alright?" he pauses for a response
"We still need to find the Phylactery or we will be dealing with that again." he says pointing at the dragon. "Still a lot of things are not adding up this morning, perhaps we should catch our breath and see if we can figure some of this out."

Checking the kobold's body the only item of note is the weird contraption on his left arm. It has adjustable straps, appears to be made of some type of fine wood. There are six holes in either side of it, making a total of twelve holes. Within the holes on one side are more of the marble-like objects that he was using to create spell effects. It looks like there is only room for one marble in each hole and all the holes on this side are filled. On one end of the device is a knob of some sort. None of you have seen or heard of such a device.
