I'm looking forward to the Hardwired 2042 setting/supplement coming out for True20 in the near(?) future. That should be awesome. "A dystopic cyberpunk setting," they (Reality Deviant) say.

As a few others have mentioned, I'd go with True20. There is a PDF out that has some cybernetic rules and converting material from d20 Modern/Future would be super easy and you could convert form Shadowrun easy enough if you just think about how it would probably translate. A smartlink, for example, would probably grant an attack roll bonus as well as improved precise shot.
