Can someone please tell me if and where the Hoopak has been described. I thought it would have been in the new Dragonlance book, but I can't find it anywhere. Am I blind or just dumb? any help, please?

There's really no need for anyone who knows what it is. It acts as a quarterstaff that can only be used on one end and a sling. You may allow a character to take ranks in Perform (Hoopak), but that's stretching it. I'd probably make it an exotic weapon, but martial for kender. Anyone proficient would be able to use it to make an eery noise.

Anyone remember the name of the kender axe? THAT weapon was cool. It was a handaxe that could be used as a sling, a snorkel, or a flute (or for moving secret messages put inside the haft).

Be sure you plug up those flute holes before trying to use it as a snorkle.
