Divine Spellcasting

It gives bonus slots higher then 9th level. THis can apply to not only Clerics and Wizards, but also bard, paladins and rangers. Those classes also get bonus slots from there higherst level to 9th. Casting no longer provokes AoO and all spells cast benefit from Spell Focus Feat.

Deities and Demigods does contain two feats that I don't recall having seen in other sources:

Greater Multiweapon Fighting [General]
A deity with three or more hands can fight with a weapon in each hand. The deity can make up to three attacks per round with each extra weapon.
Prerequisites: Dex 19, three or more hands, Improved Multiweapon Fighting, Multiweapon Fighting, Multidexterity, base attack bonus +15.
[Basically the same thing as Greater Two-Weapon Fighting from MotW.]

Superior Expertise [General]
Prerequisites: Int 13, Expertise, base attack bonus +6
Benefit: When the deity uses the Expertise feat to improve its Armor Class, the number it subtracts from its attack and adds to its AC can be any number that does not exceed its base attack bonus. This feat eliminates the +5 maximum bonus for the Expertise feat.

Have these two appeared in some sourcebook that I've missed?

The first might be in Masters of the Wild. (Maybe, it sure sounds familiar).

The second is from Oriental Adventures.

Don't know if this has been mentioned anywhere else or not, but there are some Epic level feats in the latest Dungeon/Polyhedron (the one with the Spelljammer stuff in it).

Aha, so that's where it comes from. I knew it didn't look "epic". And while Greater Multiweapon Fighting is not in Masters of the Wild, it can be easily extrapolated from the Greater Two-Weapon Fighting feat therein.

The bonus spells slots are those for high stat or you just can't cast any 10th+ spell without Divine Spellcasting (or Epic Spellcasting)?
If they are for high stats, a progression for bonus spells over 9th is given in the book?

Yes. Yes, they are bonus spelsl for high stats, but you cannot access those bonus spells without Divine Spell Casting. And yes, the table is in the book.

There are only useful for metamagics, until Epic Level Handbook appears, quickened, maximized, empowered Meteor Swarms rock! :)

Much better a persistent Shapechange using a 13th level slot (I'm a Persistent Spell fan...). Or a persistent Simbul Spell (Matrix, Trigger, ...?). Or an heightened, chained Finger of Death...
