Okay, I'm home with my horde, and here's what else we have:

Winged Shadow
Lurking Devourer
Garam
Demon Serpent
Bloodwyrm
Nightmare (already been done in 3.5, though)
Shapeless Horror
Succubus/Incubus (already been done in 3.5, though)
Imp (already been done in 3.5, though)

As for where to start, I'd suggest first that you check the rest of your notes for any of these, so that we aren't doubling our efforts.

I'd like to work on the rest of the Types I-V. If you want to tackle some of the higher HD stuff, we take it from there.

With Regards,
Flynn

Ok, sounds good to me. I will take a look at my notes this weekend and start converting some of the higer HD demons and devils (that is the ones I already didn't do). I will post as I finish the conversions.

From the spell Summon Minions comes a simple 2HD outsider, without Demon Traits, called a minion, and which I am calling here an Infernal Minion. This would appear on the Summon Monster II creature list. It is modelled somewhat on the dretch, but lacks the dretch's resistances, immunities and other niceties. The Infernal Minion is, after all, CR 1 instead of CR 2. This allows the Minion to be summoned with a 2nd-level spell, keeping it in tune with the Demons setting material.

And now, introducing the Fiend, a lesser demon from the Demons Campaign Setting, by Mayfair Games. The original version was 4 HD and could turn invisible at will, but I decided that such would increase its CR too high. Instead, we now have a CR 3 creature that can be summoned by Summon Monster IV, and that is very good at being stealthy. Ambushes are likely one of its preferred tactics.

My goal with the more advanced general demon types is to create them within CR ranges so that they can be summoned by Summon Monster V, VI, VII, VIII, and IX, respectively.
