Disabling Auto-Subscribe?

I'm probably just missing it, but is there a way? It's kind of annoying to get a notice every time someone posts in a thread I've posted in. (I know how to delete subscriptions, but it'd be nice to have them be initially voluntary again.)

Yes, it's in your settings. I can't check specifically where as I'm on my phone, but should be findable.

Go to Setttings (link is in upper right corner of every page).

The Settings page has a navbar on the left. Go down to the "My account" area, and click on "General Settings"

Scroll down in the General Settings until you reach "Messaging and Notification" - the Default Thread Subscription Mode is a dropbox selection there.

Click Settings in the top-right.

On the left-hand menu, click General Settings.

Scroll down and look for Default Thread Subscription Mode.

Select your subscription choice from the drop-down list.

Scroll all the way to the bottom and click the Save Changes button.
