Did I imagine reading somewhere that the art style for
Spider-man: Freshman Year will be drawing inspiration from Steve Ditko's work on Spider-man?
The only one that actually seems or sounds interesting to me is the Secret Wars.
Why make it a series instead of a movie though?
Well, I guess the series will have more time to develop...would have been great to have it as a movie trilogy or duology instead through.
It's hard to know how and why they're making these decisions, especially with the dynamics of theatrical release vs direct-to-streaming what they are right now. The suspense and implications Secret Invasion could be very cool over the course of a couple to several movies, but maybe it would risk sucking the life out of some stuff, too. Those mysteries and reveals might be better to do sort of done-in-one (-series), so it's over with.
Echo is interesting to me mainly for the representation - I honestly don't know much about the character in the comics.
Moon Knight I've been excited about since the initial announcements, and if one can judge from a pre-teaser, it looks pretty cool.
More Kathryn Hahn is great in everything I've seen her in, so more
House of Harkness could be a lot of fun, and another chance to explore the magic side of the MCU, particularly in the wake of Dr. Strange 2.
She/Hulk is the one I'm scratching my head about the most, just because I don't have a feel for the tone yet. I can't help but notice that it's not "She-Hulk", but "She/Hulk".
