DIY Board Game Inserts and Organizers

Jacob Lewis

Ye Olde GM
So I recently picked up the Temple of Elemental Evil board game, my first in the D&D series. Of course, it has a ton of components so my first order of business was to build an insert to store and organize everything into the one box it came in. This wasn't my first time doing this for my board games, but this one was a challenge. However, I am pleased with the overall results. I hope the game is worth it! ;)

It's fun if you want an hour or so of just chucking dice and moving monsters. I have this one, and also Tomb of Annihilation and The Legend of Drizzt. The minis are definitely cool, and the system is quick and easy.

My only issue is that my copy of ToEE was missing the three Water Cultist miniatures.

Congratulations. Looks nice.

I know when I do my D&D adventure game boxes, I normally put everything in various plastic ziplock bags (quart size, except for larger pieces which go in gallon size) and put them in that way. Separates the individual cardboard types easily, and cheaply.

Your's looks much neater and nicer than mine by far though.
