Looking over the list, you can see I like to revisit the same naming conventions when possible: I have adventures titled "An Audience with the _________" where I've filled in the blank with "King," "Queen," "Princess," "Successor," and "Matriarch" and I have named two separate adventures over the "friendly" type of chess game involved. It also shows my penchant for puns ("Bad Hare Day," "Ogre Eight," "Lake It or Not," "Snow Wight"), willingness to go for the rhyme when the opportunity presents itself ("Potion Commotion," "Troll Hole"), and occasional use of misdirection ("A Boring Little Adventure" involves boring beetles, "Getting Stoned" involves fighting stone giants who are under the effects of hallucinogenic spores, "In Over Your Heads" merely took place completely underwater).
If the adventure title is likely to give something away, I'll refrain from telling the players the name until after whatever potential spoiler is already discovered in the course of the adventure; otherwise, if it's innocuous I'll let them know the title right away (or most often at the end of the previous game session).
