I brought out my old books to run a D6 Powers campaign for some friends, and noticed one thing that wasn't clear, and wondered if anyone has any thoughts about it if you know the system...
Under the power of Invulnerability, it lists that physical damage attack Die Codes less than 3x your Invulnerability Rank, are ignored, and that for energy based attacks, only Die Codes less than 1x your Rank are ignored.
Than it allows you to enhance that power by +3 cost per Rank to make this power work against Mental Attacks also..... but it does not state whether the mental attacks fall under the 3x Primary category, or the 1x secondary category.
I'm leaning towards it being classed with Energy attacks in the 1x, but anyone out there think it would be a 3x?
