Assuming you mean the Volcanic Dragon from Dragon #376, I haven't seen any conversions of it to 2E, but conceptually it's very similar to Dragonlance's Fire Dragon, which has 2E AD&D versions in Dragon #246 and Chaos Spawn, plus 3E D&D versions in Dragons of Krynn and Bestiary of Krynn.
