ok, so when we're talking about the base attack bonus, I know that you get both b.a s together and get your character's b.a from that add. but what about the spells? for exemple, o I add the spells per day from the abrd, to the spells per day from the duskblade?

for exemple, a lvl 4 duskblade/lvl 2 bard - how many spells per day would he be able to do?

You do not add your levels together for spells. You're example character would have the spells of a level 4 duskblade AND the spells of a level 2 bard.

You just treat the spell lists totally seperately.

A level 3 wizard/level 2 bard with 16 int and 16 cha can memorize the following spells:

Bard Spells: 0 Level: 3/day (5 known); 1 Level: 0+1/day (2 known)
The character casts his bard spells as a level 2 caster (for purposes of duration, etc).

Wizard Spells: 0 Level: 4/day; 1 Level: 2+1/day; 2 Level: 1+1/day
The character casts his wizard spells as a level 2 caster (for purposes of duration, etc).

Multiclassing your spellcaster usually results in a loss of power.

What you can do to "stack" your caster levels is find a Prestige Class that grants "+1 of existing caster level." An example is Eldritch Knight, an example in the SRD.
