Wizard, Arcane Trickster, and Artificer.
And skill wise I only need Knowledge nature/geography and survival, which wont be to hard to reach. If i spend like 5k gold I can easily balance out lack of skills.

You will also need Search, Spot and the Track feat to adequately get the job done as a tracker.

Barbarians have more skill points than fighters so it is closer to the role you want - the trade off for feats (and having to get track) is huge though.

Knowledge (nature), search and spot are all cross class skills for your PC. And your PC is illiterate (until pointing extra skill points into language).

The wildhunt seems to fit your PC's characteristics best, IMO.

Focus on Power attack feat tree - don't bother with any trait that gives you natural weapons.
