Wererat all the way, they'er dirty they live in sewers, and they transmit through thier weapons! Wererats are not only my favorite lycanthrope, they're one of my favorite monsters.

weretigers are in the 2e monster manual. they havent been converted officially but a 3e version wouldn be hard to make.

they're horribly evil, manipulative, and just plain awesome... who wouldnt want to be a weretiger
