Pathfinder 1E Flying beast charging and moving off..

Is this possible? May I use a charge action for a flying monster that has Fly By Attack and move off into the air after my initial charge? (He has perfect flying for the sake of argument.)

No. Flyby Attack allows you to take a standard action during a move action, then continue your move action afterwards. Charge is a full-round action, so it doesn't interact with Flyby Attack at all.
