Stampede (Ex): A frightened herd of bison flees as a group in a random direction (but always away from the perceived source of danger). They literally run over anything of Large size or smaller that gets in their way, dealing 1d12 points of damage for each five bison in the herd (Reflex DC 18 half ). The save DC is Strength-based.

Totem Powers: The Buffalo totem warrior earns these powers as he gains levels,
• 1st Level--Endurance of the Buffalo (Ex): At first level the buffalo totem warrior gains the Endurance feat for free.
• 4th Level--Constitution of the Buffalo (Ex): The Buffalo totem warrior can call upon his totem spirit to imbue him with great physical endurance. He gains a +2 enhancement bonus to his Constitution equal to the number of rounds of his new Con bonus. He can use this ability Once per day per every 2 levels of totem warrior he has.
• 8th Level--Shape of the Buffalo (Ex): The totem warrior can take on the form and stats of a buffalo totem animal companion appropriate to his level: in other words, a Bison's stats with +1 HD for every level he has beyond 3rd. He can take this form once per day, for up to 10 minutes per class level usable once per day.
• 12th Level--Stampede!: The Buffalo gains the Trample ability as per the Feat listed in the Arcana Unearthed page 114.
Trample (General)
You (or your mount) can run over foes in battle.
Prerequisites: None for the 12th Level Buffalo Totem Warrior
Benefit: When the character (size medium or smaller) attempts to overrun an opponent while mounted, the opponent cannot choose to avoid him. If he knocks down the opponent, his mounts may make one hoof attack against the opponent, gaining the standard +4 bonus on attack rolls against prone targets.
A large (or in the buffalo totem warrior's case medium) sized character can make a similar overrun attempt, the opponent cannot choose to avoid him. Should he knock down the opponent, he may make one melee attack against the opponent, gaining the standard +4 bonus on attack rolls against prone targets.
• 16th Level--Resistance to pain: For 10 min per totem warrior level once per day he gains a Damage Resistance of 10/+1 to all attacks.
• 20th Level--Hide of the Buffalo: The Buffalo Warrior is permanently immune to critical hits. See Fortificaiton ability of Magical Armors

"Fortification: This suit of armor or shield produces a magical force that protects vital areas of the wearer more effectively. When a critical hit or sneak attack is scored on the wearer, there is a chance (in this case 100%) that the critical hit or sneak attack is negated and damage is instead rolled normally."

Ok let me know what you think.

I'd compare this to the Bear Totem Warrior. As such, I think getting the Buffalo shape at L8 is a little too good. (Bear TWs get it at 12.) So perhaps move that up and swap the Trample ability down. (Although that's problematic without the shape, although you could revise it to grant it to the Animal Companion.) Otherwise, it looks pretty good. I agree that the 20th level ability is enough just getting immunity to crits.
