"fornication furniture"?

Isn't that what the "chaise longue" was for? Maybe that's a myth.

I disapprove of fornication. I would, however, die laughing if they made a "Complete Tables, Chairs, Benches and Dinette Sets Handbook" for 3.5.

"So, why did mighty Bonan the Barbarian take a level of the Interior Decorator PrC?"

I have Aurora's catalog as well.

Another useful non-gaming book I found was "Medieval Furniture: Plans and Instructions for Historical Reproductions (Paperback)" and "Constructing Medieval Furniture: Plans and Instructions With Historical Notes (Master Craftsmen)" by Daniel Diehl.

I have the latter. It's got a lot of neat items. I really need to hunt down the first one...

To protect their physical forms from the ravages of the Valde Bellum, Imperators take a part of reality and partition it off into a self-contained, unique world which can take any form. This world, called a Chancel, both houses their physical bodies and is a spiritual reflection of it. Much like in the myth of the Fisher King, if the Imperator suffers, so does their Chancel.

Imperators are, of course, the PCs.

That said, it's not exactly The Sims.

See theres a way RPGs could hit a larger audience right there.

Scenarios set around stronghold building and outfitting.

Some of the worldworks paper models might be interesting to bring in here.

...on a related tangent, anyone know of any diorama scenery that is in scale (1:60) for DDM and batttlemates? Medieval furniture, trees, rocks etc.

Unfortunately, WotC didn't make the furniture rules OGC, so there's not much choice out there as far as furniture sourcebooks go.

Mage Knight Dungeons had some furniture packs for their 3D Dungeons line, although I think Mage Knight proportions are slightly larger than 25/28mm scale. I remember seeing some at Icon USA, looks like they're still there: http://www.iconusa3.com/online/mk_dungeons_artifacts.html

For a little more high-end, Dwarven Forge has a few different furniture/treasure sets for about $30: http://www.dwarvenforge.com/store/home.php?cat=258

Did anybody else interpret "forniture" as "furniture porn" or "fornication furniture"?
Guilty as charged.
