D&D General FR Adventure trilogy

Hi

My current homebrew campaign will likely conclude in the next couple of months, and being a forever DM I'm starting to look for ideas as to what comes next. Having been mightily impressed by BG3 I'd quite like to jump back into the realms, and also tied in looking through my back catalog I've noticed I'l own 2 books of the 3 part adventure that was published for 3.5e (Cormyr: the tearing of the weave, shadowdale: the scouring of the land and Anauroch: The Empire of Shade)

I've a few questions about them:
I know this is subjective, but are they any good? Mainly the plot lines, as encounters I would have to change because I won't be running it in 3.5e (that edition still brings me out in a cold sweat)

Is there any supplementary material available, maybe dragon or dungeon articles?

Has anyone attempted them in 5e and how did you find the conversion, too much effort for too little reward or quite straightforward?

1.Yes. The Trilogy of Adventure is at least Average. The late 3.75 Battle Maps for each encounter are nice.

2.No. Three books is a lot of stuff though.

3.Never ran them in 5E.
