Although you've got Genghis Con in the list, you should also add Tacticon - same group runs it as Genghis Con, so the web site is the same. Usually Labor Day weekend in Denver.

Additionally there's Opus Con / Opus Fantasy Arts Festival, which has gaming as well on the side. website is http://www.opusfest.com/, This year it's the last weekend in May.

It's an anime convention, but there's a small RPG room where people are welcomed to play.

Thanks for the tip on TactiCon. Not sure how I missed it. I couldn't find anything related to gaming on the OpusFest site beyond a single LARP. Thanks for the link though.
