Step 6. of leveling up is choosing feats.
Step 7. is choosing powers.
Taking a multiclass feat means you count as a member of your secondary for the purposes of requirements.
Does this mean that (for example), a 1st-level cleric who took Arcane Initiate (wizard multiclass) could pick magic missile as one of his 1st-level at-wills, in addition to gaining thunderwave as an encounter power from the feat?
There might be something that disallows this, but I don't have the books in front of me, so I can't check. Is there?
