Ghost Dog:Way of the Samuri - RPG?

Having just seen the movie again last night on IFC, a nagging thought crept into me head. I thought I had heard about a RPG book based on the movie had come out. This was maybe two years ago.

Does anyone have know if this is true? If it is, who is the publisher? And lastly, is it any good?

There is/was such a game. It was put out by Guardians of Order under their Tri-Stat system.

i have it. it's pretty good. loved the movie, too.

it has some good advice on how to run a one-on-one campaign (one GM, one player). in fact, the designers say that's why they wrote the book in the first place.
