OOC: Jezira just had nothing important to add. So I said nothing. :)

Jezira will follow Leland, with her halberd ready in her hand. She will cast Magic Weapon, quietly, just before entering the compound. It has a duration of three minutes.

[sblock=Spells Memorized]
0 - 4. Detect Magic, Detect Poison, Light, Read Magic.
1st - 3+1. Divine Favour, Hide from Undead, Summon Monster I (Magic Weapon)
2nd - 2+1. Bull's Strength, Hold Person (Spiritual Weapon) [/sblock]

The party moves into the courtyard, nothing happens. Leland, Justice, Jezira, and Irranier make it to the door, nothing happens. Are Braiden and Benedict staying at the gate? If not just make a post and indicate your position.

[sblock=BRAIDEN only]
Once again Braiden notices someone watching them from the upper left window as they cross the courtyard.
[/sblock]

[sblock=JUSTICE only]
Justice thinks he hears a dog bark deeper within the building.
[/sblock]

Justice tries the door, there is a click, and an arrow shoots out of the peep hole in the door:

Basic Arrow Trap attack and damage (1d20+10=12, 1d6=1)

The arrow bounces off of Justice inflicting no damage. There is some high-pitched snickering from upstairs then all falls quite again. The door appeared to be locked from the inside with a very flimsy latch. If you want to force it open just post one Strength check (another PC can do an assist, STR check DC10 for another +2).

OOC: If Justice tries to force the door, Leland will Aid Another, otherwise he'll try to force it himself.

STR check to force door: (1d20+3 = 12)

Justice glances at the spot where the arrow hit and then looks up at the source of the laughter. It's time to vacate the premises, goblins. We have been employed by the rightful owners of this building to send you on your way. Leave peacefully and suffer no reprisals. Force us to remove you and I make no promises. Even as he says the last word, he throws his should into the door, trying to force it open.

Strength check 1d20+2+2 for a 9 Ouch. No luck.

The flimsy latch gives way with a crash and the door swings open. It is dark inside, but clearly the room in front of you is large. Nothing really happens to you immediately after the door is knocked open (no, there are no arrows being shot at you or anything nasty like that...).

OOC: Time to bring out those light sources. Post listen checks and actions for what you try to do as soon as the door crashes in and the noise dies down. Leland and Justice stagger only momentarily from the blow to the door.
