Grappling Question

Suppose my BAB gives me 4 attacks and my grapple modifiers are +25/+20/+15/+10. I try to grapple someone I start the round next to. My first touch attack fails, but my second succeeds. What grapple modifier do I use for the opposed grapple check?

Either way, suppose I win the check and establish a hold. Is my turn done, or can I immediately try to perform maneuvers with my two remaining attacks?

I've read Skip Williams' discussion of the topic in his Rules of the Game articles, but couldn't find an explicit answer to these questions.

you use the attack modifer for whichever iterative attack you're on.

As mentioned, you use the grapple modifier based on the attack you're on. Following achieving a hold, you can continue to take grapple actions based on your number of remaining grapple checks at their respective bonuses.
